When I started my pc today I got the message "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" Details are here:

go to the botom of this page.just a click above it will give you files to download.
download the apropriate for your system.zip file.
this will search for the dump file and should find the cause of this error.
click on one of the dump files and it should say cause of error or something simular.

I tried dll suite but it is not Freeware. So Do I really Quit to clean install? No chance to patch the System up!.
From Somewhere else I go t respone that use SFC /Scannow command.What do you thing will it resolve the problem?

try to do that it might work.judt dont close the comand window it will still be running.
if it does not work put a windows dvd and do a repair not install.
leave the clean format for last.

if you have not already made a clean install do a repai from the dvd.
