Hey im building a gaming rig however I am unsure about what power supply I need, my current specs are:
-i7 3770 3.5GHz
-8gb G-Skill Ripjaw's
-ASrock Z77E Mini itx
-Sapphire Radeon R9 270x
-1tb hdd
Will an Antec 450w be enough? If not what do you reccomend?

I think you're fine on a 450W Antec, even with VC OC. As Varun pointed out, you can't OC that 3770 (unless it's a K version) and you can't "expand", as it's a mini ITX board... there's not a lot you can really add to the system.
http://www.anandtech.com/show/7503/the-amd-radeon-r9-270x-270-review-feat-asus-his/16 - the 270X under Furmark (way more than you'll ever draw under "normal" gaming), whole system only pulled 284W, and that was an OC'd 6Core CPU, and measured at the wall (PSUs always waste a bit of power themselves).
I'd run that system on a Corsair 430 personally.

Yeah, I should've corrected myself earlier. Didn't see that it wasn't the k-version of 3770, so if he already has that Antec PSU, he'll be ok with it. However, if he's considering to buy it, then IMO he should get at least 550W for better efficiency and future upgrades.
