430W good psu should be fine , one 6 pin connector is needed for either 7770 or 7790.they draws up to 80-85W
450W is better , for more headroom

Sorry for being late.
so at which sttings will i be able to play?

Full HD high quality . HD 7790 is 42% faster than HD 7770 . HD 7790 is the video card of PS4/XBox1 .
