Can i use bluetooth on my computer with asus bt-400 dongle ?

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know should i get bluetooth connection on my computer by just adding this dongle ?

MB: Asrock B85M-ITX
OS: Win 7 Pro x64

I would like to use logitech k810 keyboard and it requires bluetooth.

Nothing happens when i plug in this asus bl adapter. When i check on device manager theres nothing bluetooth related there neither. I downloaded and installed drivers from asus but no help.

It seems like my computer doesnt have bluetooth at all.

I haven't had much experience with bluetooth but one thing I can think of straight away - are you sure your bluetooth dongle is actually working? Could it have "died" (for want of a better word)?
I had a couple of bluetooth dongles in the past- I picked up one of them and persisted with it for ages - same problem pretty much. It wouldn't do anything, didn't show up in the device manager, wouldn't do anything. Turned out it had packed up. I plugged in the other one and it worked straight away.
