I would like to game on this computer but i am unable to. i dont know much about computers but i dug in a bit to see what computer i have exactly. i found this:

Hewett-packard d230 MT x86 family 15 model 2 stepping 9 genuineIntel 2399 mhz running on windows XP,

Now the games i would like to play are for example World of Warcraft or league of Legends. what i understood the problem is my graphic card is not good enough (i dont know how to tell princely which i have) but i also find that my processor is very weak so im confused on which one to change. can some one help me out thank you !

Your computer needs a total upgrade I'm afraid. You will need everything since it is a Dell mini tower, it is a really old celeron CPU, and not even DDR2 ram. Either component that you choose to upgrade will be held back by the part that you didn't replace, so it is time for a new PC IMO. You can still use your old Hard drive(if it is a sata drive and not IDE), and DVD drive in your new build. Everything else needs to be replaced/upgraded.
