Hey Guys,
Can you help with my problem please???
Okay, recently I set up a test web server in our office and it is working fine, I can access the web server outside of the network, using the External (WAN) IP Address, i can remote desktop the systems in the office outside LAN, and even set up a VPN. We are using a 4G modem with sim card. All is working fine, until my boss changes the network provider. Now i cannot access the web server, even if i use the external IP address it doesn't work. then when i try to look up myexternal IP on the net i found out that my modem/router's external IP address is different from the one showing on the net (what is my ip). i tried to access both external IP address but with no luck. What seems to be the problem and what can i do to make it work again.

Thanks

Your IP will have changed. What is your firewall setup? Is it just a router?

Also, find out if you have an new router. Sounds like firewall needs port 443 opening.

It needs to be 443 WAN-> (local ip of webserver)
