Connect 2 TP-LINK routers to D-lINK router to cover whole house

Hi All,

I'm a complete n00b on this matter, so please bear with me!

My ADSL line is connected to a D-LINK Wireless router (model: DSL-2750U). This wireless does not cover my whole house. I also have two TP-LINK Wireless routers (model: TD-W8960N) and a HUAWEI Wireless Gateway (model B660).

Is it possible to connect the latter two routers to the first, so that they can be placed at different locations in my house to provide wireless internet? If so, how do I go about doing just that?

Alternatively, giving the hardware mentioned above, how can I achieve broader coverage?

you can set your TP-LINK routers to access point only mode (administration/management section of the web UI) and connect them using cables to broadcast the wireless signal with different (i will explain why in a minute) SSID to your D-LINK.
the reason that you cant give them the same SSID is that they are different manufacturers and they will end up conflicting with eachother rather than working together.
My advice is actually to invest a bit of money in a decent pair/trio of homeplugs. get one standard at your router end going into the wall and one/two connected elsewhere in your house that broadcast a wifi signal.

bearing in mind what i said before about different manufacturers clashing, it may even be worth getting two of the wireless units (one at each end) and disabling the wireless coming from your main router.
