Dell optiplex 380 stops and restarts itself,

Hello,
I have a new Dell optiplex 380 (a big tower) since 1 years. There were no problem since I've got it but 3 days ago, it stops suddenly after about 5 minutes and restart. Every time it stops, the light 3 & 4 are ON in the front pannel (problem of memory module as indicated in the manual).
What I have tried :
- I've done a reset, changed the RAM (2Go DDR3), changed the Switching Power Supply but still the same problem.
I don't know what else to do.

Some one has an idea please?

Hello,
Thanx for replying to my post.
I've followed your suggestion about the PSU, after the test, it's working well and even the diagnostic green light of the PSU indicates a normal status.
I replaced its own PSU and RAM, and now I can work with it but only about 1h00mn to 1h30mn. I still don't know what happens really on this machine.
Any idea??

Hello,
As you've told, may be the mainboard has internal problem. As I don't have an other mainboard to test, I would like to know which other mainboard (model, reference,...) is equivalent to the Optiplex 380's??? (Which supports : Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400 2.7GHz, DDR3, Intel (R) G41 Express Chipset, Socket 775).
