Which ram to choose?

I have compaq presario with ddr2 ram.The name of the ram is as follows:
256MB 1R X 16 PC2-4200U-444-12
I am willing to upgrade my ram to 2GB(1GB per slot). HP website says that my computer's ram is up-gradable upto 2 GB(1GB per slot).what ram should I choose that my computer can support?Any ddr2 1GB card or one with name similar to mine ram?

Even if he buys ram with different frequencies the motherboard will underclock any one of the ram to match it with another, so I don't think that would be a problem.
