Updated my BIOS and now it wont POST. I restored factory defaults before restarting. Followed these directions from Biostar perfectly..

..but now my computer is stuck in a boot loop. During the update everything went perfectly so I'm not sure what is going on here. I removed all but one stick of RAM but no dice. Removed flash drive, no dice. Any help? Thanks!

What exactly is your system doing now. You said it "Now It Wont POST". Do you mean all you get is a blank screen? Have you cleared the CMOS by the jumper or pulling the battery which ever your board supports? Some times after a BIOS update I have had to clear the CMOS before the system would POST again.

I reset the BIOS settings in BIOS and I have cleared CMOS using the button with the PC unplugged. I turn the computer on, it gets to a screen that says press TAB for text and F9 for BIOS. Then I get an American Megatrends screen that says CMOS fail press DEL for setup. Then it goes black and repeats. I have tried reflashing the original BIOS but same thing keeps happening. I can press F9 and boot into Windows like that but thats the only way.
