Best i5 for graphics ?

hello guys

i am a graphic designer and i work on photoshop, illustrator, flash , premier, after effect and i want to buy a new desktop ... my budget is for i5 ... i need to know what is the best i5 for such a desktop

and i've read something about "graphic clock rate" is there such a thing for every proccesor ?

Is AMD good for rendering ? like AMD FX-8150 ?

You need to tailor the hardware to the software for pro uses, so check what graphics acceleration/threads your software revisions can use.
It may pay you to go for a slightly lower clocked i7 for example, it can handle 8 threads whereas an i5 can only handle 4 and some software is better with CUDA acceleration (from an Nvidia card) rather than using Direct Compute (from AMD).

My sister is a designer , so once i did a research and found on the site of Adobe that even a processor i5 3210M is doing well - a processor for laptops .But they recommended a dedicated video card to be used .- mainly Radeon (now R9 ) because they have a better support for Open GL , which is important for faster work of some Photoshop filters.
