motherboard running processor slow

Hello Everyone!
I have a Phenom II x2 560 black edition processor that is supposed to run at 3.3 Ghz coupled with Biostar A780L3B Motherboard.
But CPU-iz shows that my processor is running at 800Mhz..
What should I do?!!

Hi,

When the CPU utilization is low then it will show running at less speed, whenever you will raise its usage it will show the higher CPU speed if you check with any diagnostics software utility.

Don´t worry, that´s just cool n´quiet working, whn your cpu is idle it will stay at those frecuencies to stay with less heat and noise, try to use a game or something and you´ll see the frecuency rise.
