Need to replace excisting PSU FSP400-60HLN 400 Watt ATX

1 x 24-pin ATX Connector
1 x 4-pin P4 Connector
4 x Molex IDE Connector
1 x Floppy Connector
2 x SATA Connector
1 x 6-pin PCI Express Connector

Cant find one i am confident it has all correct cableing, and i want it cheap, until i invest in a new gaming pc

found a really cheap one here but is it compataible ?

it has - Connectors 2 x SATA Connectors, 2 x molex connectors, 1 x 4 pin CPU connector, 1 x 24 pin connector, 1 x floppy drive connector


and the PSU FSP400-60HLN 400 Watt ATX has
1 x 24-pin ATX Connector, 1 x 4-pin P4 Connector, 4 x Molex IDE Connector, 1 x Floppy Connector, 2 x SATA Connector, 1 x 6-pin PCI Express Connector
