problem with direct3D

i just run that dxdiag.exe and i saw that on my direct3D acceleration was written "not available" i dont know what means that but i know that i cant play games and even my screen saver doesnt work because of that so pls answer what i must do?

no i just deleted something and i cant remember what and after that i cant play games

nope, directx, and graphic driver is just an components of the os.
