At least on the X550CA-XO81H sold in France. Maybe (but I really wouldn't believe that) it's different on your specific version.

I wanted to get pc so bad i so i bought the best pc in my local store and i didnt check this pc........ so i did bought X550CC i was fine but my world of warcraft need 2,2Ghz Cpu

Hold on. What prevents your WoW from running smoothly is the GPU. Don't fall for "system requirements", they are merely approximations of what you should need to run the game.
Your notebook have a Core i5 3337U, don't it? It should do fine with WoW at lower resolutions.

Anyway, even with it you should be able to play at lower settings, low resolutions.

For real i did put world of warcraft cataclysm all settings to highest its runs fine whit some lags i just think if i got better Cpu this pc could run games which i never could play becous of my pc AND which widows better 7 or 8 ???

Oh, no. Absolutely not. For better gaming, you need a faster GPU in your case. Unfortunately you can't put a new one in your (and most of the other) laptop.

It's a matter of taste. I prefer Windows 8 over 7.

Also, if gaming is a issue, Windows 8 is said to be a tad faster than Windows 7.

About updates, you can buy a SSD to make the every day usage of the system much more responsive (but that won't improve games at all) or more RAM.
