Will my CPU bottleneck my GPU?

I'm planning to upgrade my video card from a HD 5570 to a R9 270. At the same time I don't really want to upgrade my CPU and Mobo because I'm not ready for that. I was wondering if anyone would know if my CPU will slow down my GPU process?

CPU: i5 750
GPU: R9 270
Mobo: Asus P7H55-M

I think it's a good match with your CPU.

My guess is that your CPU might bottleneck the card a tad bit but nothing too drastic, so I would go for it.
