Right after i installed windows its been coming up with loads of blue screens and just random crashes that restart my pc the last time it happened was when i tried to install a graphics driver, i have the report or whatever here:

I dont know if that was any help but whatever, i think it is a storage or memory issue with it running out of memory for no reason or there isnt enough space on the partitions
i have 4gb ram and a 500gb hdd
(I just chose the windows default that it told me)
here are how much space i have on the partition:
7.4gb healthy (primary partition)
SYSTEM RESERVED
100mb NTFS healthy (system, active, primary partition)
(C:)
97.56gb healthy (boot, page file, crash dump, primary partition)

360.65GB Unallocated

also do you think this could be something to do with the update? because when i try to update it crashes too)
