Hello people!
I would like to know if i should go for the 4930k or 4770k with gtx 760 for rendering. I would plan to get a gpu at a later date but could i effectively use use the 4930k for running applications such as Photoshop, Autocad, Rhino and Maxwell Render in the meantime?

Solution
I would go with the 4930k if you use those programs a lot. The only downside is a 4930k + mobo will cost 2x as much as the 4770k + mobo. Also part of your question isn't clear. Will you be buying the GTX 760 later? The 4930k does not have integrated graphics so you will need a GPU to use a display.

Ok I probably won't be able to afford the 4930k then. 4770k it is! Would the 760 be necessary for rendering purposes? Should i downgrade and save money or do you think it would be worth buying?

Not sure what your budget is. 4930k is $580 USD plus another $2-300 for a motherboard. 4770k is $350 and mobo is $150 +/-. For rendering you def want a powerful CPU and lots of RAM. SSD wouldn't hurt either. GPU isn't as important just get an Nvidia card to use those CUDA cores.
