You prolly need to create a new user profile account and import your old user profile to the new one.

When windows loads, you sometimes get this problem.
It is to do with a corrupted user profile.
Or a windows registry error.
To fix the problem press F8 on power up of the laptop.
Choose safe mode.
And then select backup and restore.
Choose a date or time stamp before the problem started to happen.
And restore windows to that point in time.
Be aware any data on the system after the restore point will most likely be removed.
The error of user profile, should be fixed.
Allowing log on into windows with a user account once again.
