I actually searched for this on the internet for quite a while, but without prevail. So, heres the question (although you've probably read this form the title): What are the best PC games for modding. Like, what are the games that you've bought, and been really happy with, but the mods just take it that step further. Do not include Minecraft or ARMA II Combined Ops DayZ mod, thanks.

Nice. Shall look further into it. Not that I don't love RPGs, but maybe I was thinking along the lines of some kind of shooter/strategy games mod. Sorry I didn't specify that before : P

* 1. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
* 2. Grand Theft Auto: IV
* 3. Counter Strike: Global Offensive

Yeh thanks dude, it really helped. Im not gonna pick as best answer yet, incase anyone else wants to add more answers, and the 'solved' banner puts them off it. But yeh, it helped. I will pick if no more answers are contributed.
