I used an FX4100 for 11 months and now I stepped up to an FX6350, will there be enough thermal paste on the FX4100 to allow me to put it in a different computer without it overheating?

Grab a new fresh tube for just this purpose, it'll last for many builds. I recommend MX-2 or MX-4.

If you bought a boxed version of the fx 6350 you should get an heatsink with it, and there on it's already pre applied.

If you want your fx 4100 cpu cooler on it you should buy a bit new thermal paste for a few euro's :D

don't forget to pick a solution :p
