Go into the BIOS (one of the screens before the Windows boot up screen will tell you which key to press for this) and set the first boot up option to the CD/DVD drive. Then simply boot up the machine with your OS disk in the drive, and follow the instructions - at one point it will ask you do you wish to format the partition. Once formatted, you can then continue to load in a fresh copy of your OS.
