can this run bf4 without bottleneck?

im getting a n EVGA 660 along with a modular corsair 500w psu. and i already have an intel i5 3.0 ghtz.
i wish to run bf4 on on low at 60fps. is this possible with out bottlenecking? also can someone tell me what bottlenecking is.
im putting this alll into this pc

Solution
"Bottlenecking" refers to when one part is stronger than enough in terms of power, so the weaker one limits the capabilities of the stronger one. For BF4, you would probably be able to run it on Medium at 1080P, but who knows, I have a 770 and have major issues running the game on any settings at all, but run 70+ FPS ultra all the time on BF3 and 80+ on Crysis 2. That's a pretty solid build though.
