Need opinions for better price, alternatives and/or recommendation from this build.
Its mainly for gaming and some video editing. Not sure if I am missing anything out beside mouse, keyboard, monitor and speakers

And if you don't use SLI, the motherboard can be of a cheaper variant too.

I removed the soundcard as you won't need it unless:

- Audiophile

- You have a good headset to match

- You have some good speakers

The onboard audio on the motherboard does it for most people. It can be tough justifying a sound card.

This, I love my 'simple' onboard audio IMO. If you have a high quality headset such as a Bose/Sennheiser it should also be good with the onboard audio

I might record some music as well thats why the audio card is there but I don't know if it will make a difference. I will only use the one graphics card rather than two as I really have no use for that and I thought you would need a decent motherboard for gaming if that's the case what cheaper one are there? This form for me is to know if these parts are reliable as well as enough bang for the money

The parts are all from reliable manufacturers.

The dual GPU thing was just a neat feature, as some games need more than one GPU. But then again, that's

usually because the game is very new and thus demanding and the resolution is very high.

This motherboard only has CF support; thus not compatible with an Nvidia GPU.

You could try see how it goes and then add a soundcard later on, if you feel things are a bit lackluster.
