i am using dual os, linux and win 7.. just recently i had BSOD and after that the os keeps attempt startup repair but it never work.. at root cause it says that the bootloader is failed to find os loader... how can i fix that without losing my linux?? please help me..

Add boot-repair to linux live disk or make a bootable cd of it

Try running it first then try using your win7 repair console to fix windows boot, do not at this point do a recovery install. Then run boot-repair after fixing windows to get your linux boot loader back.
