hi,and i know this is old school,but i have changed my intel core 2 duo 1.86ghz cpu for a 2.4 ghz cpu,all went well but on start up in the bios it flags up an error and says to press f1 to continue.the pc then fires up a treat.on checking in device manager it is showing the cpu twice.
the cpu installed very nicely into the socket.
just wondering if anyone has any suggestions ?
