Install dedicated graphics on Laptop with PCI/PCI-e

I might sound like a noob or a derp, but is it possible? I have, on my laptop motherboard, a:
PCI-e x16 slot available
PCI-Express 2 x1 available
PCI-Express 3 x1 available
PCI-Express 5 x4 available

I am looking to enlarge my amount of RAM from 5.75 GB to 6 GB. Please be nice if it's not possible.

You would need someway of using the GPU, and a power supply to power it. There is no way to put it inside the case though. And 5.75 GB is 6GB, upgrading wouldn't do anything for you unless you were to go to 8.

I know that, which is why I'm saying you would need an external adapter, and an external power supply to power it. Not sure why you were clarifying that lol What exactly are you looking to accomplish?
