Hi everybody!!!
I am currently having:
amd fx-4300 cpu + Deepcool BETA 200 ST processor cooler + 2 coolers blowing out the air
asus gtx 760 2gb
MOBO msi 970a-g43
power supply 600w

so...
i want to upgrade to amd fx-8320
and to Zalman CNPS5X Performa cpu cooler

how do you think, will i have a LARGE performance boost? and some more questions: will there be any issues, overheats, or compatibility problems? or everything will be okay?

correct, the 970 chipset is the one with problems, the vrm's or something could not cope with the 8 core chips so the board throttled them down all the time

We never said it wouldn't work, We just said it wouldn't work "Properly" with a different board it would work better is what we were saying. Throttling it down meaning the core clocks aren't as high as they can be even at stock I believe.

these tests were with this MoBo and FX-8350

and there aren't any issues if compare to 990 models...

Hm well MSI had problems with the 125W processors in the past and I have no idea whether or not they are fixed, I would be cautious but you could use them.

this thread discusses this board I believe even on the G46 version, there are no heat sinks on the VRM and that can be very problematic with the FX-8series processors. I would not recommend using the MSI board with an FX-8320 but you can at your own risk.

The chipset is not the problem. The low amount of VRM's on the motherboard is the problem. The Gigabyte 970a-ud3 and ud3p have 8+2 phase and are known for being a good overclocking boards. Most manufacturers just cheap out on all their 970 boards.

what's your opinion on that board? It's one of the ones I recommend due to it's price difference to say a M5A97 R2.0 in the USA,

It's `ok`but if you find your temperature too high, you can turn down your voltage. The stock is 1.415v I think, mine is at 1.3v, the temperature dropped dramatically on my 990fxa-ud3

It is the only one I really recommend. The Asus MA597 R2.0 I will recommend sometimes, if it is significantly cheaper, and the user isn't planning on big overclocks. If they are just planning on running an FX 8320 at FX 8350 speeds, then it is an OK board.
