Without warning my computer will just shut down, it usually happens if I am doing a lot of different things at once. I think it may be a over heating problem? When I start my computer back up I check the temperature and its around 50 to 60 degrees, after about 10mins it drops down to about 30. Anyone know what could be the issue?

Solution
My processor is a AMD FX 8320. My PSU is a Corsair GS700. There is no crackling noises. I just took my computer outside and did a really good cleaning job the can of air wasn't really cutting it so I got a q-tip and started lightly scraping inside my processor fan. So far its a big change! I am hovering around 17 to 25 degrees atm.
My Value is at 16 degrees, my Min is at 16 degrees and my max is at 30. Thank you for the advice though! I will report back if anything else happens.
