Low FPS after 4 months (Arma 2)

Hi i have recently been experiencing horribly low Fps on arms 2 (9-13 FPS) i bought my Pc about 4 months ago and was getting a good (45-65 FPS), i turned it on sunday and could barely move due to the awful FPS. I have been getting fine FPS on all other games (BF4 -ultra, Rome TW - Ultra ect.)
MY specs are :
i5- 4670k quad core 3.40 GHz 6mb
1TB SATA - III 6. GB/s
Asus Z87-A Intel Chipset
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB Boost

yeh 55-60 FPS on BF4 high - ultra, well i got the PC custom made and its the first PC i have ordered/ customised. Not to sure wether you saying i over spent on the GPU or underspent on the CPU :s. I dot think my card has killed itself, why would it ?
