Well, my GTX 570 had a bit of a boom today. Recently it started going black screen during benchmarks and high gpu loads. even artificial ones.

Today this happened when i booted up

So my question is now... What should I do. I have another 570 in my other tower that when i put it in that computer, does the same thing. I cannot tell whats exactly going on but i have a theory.

the PSU first of all is to weak for such high system loads. Even though my UPS monitored only 560 watts, i have a Corsair CX750m which appears to be weaker than i expected. When I used a 1k power supply temporarily, it was all good. Gonna replace the CX750m with either a Corsair RM1000 OR a Antec HCP series.(they look awesome). Anyways, so it was causing both gpu's to die in tests, sometimes it made it to the end, othertimes it didnt'(WinSAT, Heaven, 3dmark, all of them had the issue). So I think the PSU is undersized and the 570 Had bad VRMS from the start. my other 570 has been good for over a year in my Primary tower with a BFG 100EX powersupply.

Does this sound right, or is my other 570 at risk to of explodey?

Second, what GPU should I buy to replace the 570

Was looking at 670's 680's 760's 770's. All of which cost to much for me. Started looking at the 480, 560ti 448 core, and 580.

570's blow VRM's, 580's Blow Memory VRMS, and 590's blow VRMS. 560ti 448 core aren't know for blowing up right?

Which GPU do you recommend?

System Specs

Intel D5400XS Motherboard
2x Intel Xeon X5450's @ 400mhz bus(3.6ghz)
4x kingston KTM5780 DDR2-FB Ram(5-5-5-15)(800mhz)
2x Corsair CX750m

Hmm, okay, so far 2 people saying GTX 760, and PSU I'm almost sure is garbage. Anyone got PSU rec's?

Seasonic of XFX (rebranded seasonic units) for the PSU.
