can a Read Only Memory be deleted

I just downloaded A read only memory (ROM) it is chameleon . and now I don't have Google play any more and I can't see any of the apps that I had before so is the a way to delete a ROM or to get back all my apps

Nope, you need to flash back to a different ROM (like what you had before doing this flash) and then reload the apps that are missing.

While this is posted under the Windows 7 forum, you don't mention a device -- but I assume that it is actually an Android phone. No?

If so and you are using a Windows 7 computer to do the flash, download a flash tool like THIS and the ROM you want that is specific to your phone and use the tool to reflash.
