Intel D945PVS RAM limitations?

Hello, fellows!
Could you please help me to resolve some RAM issue at my system?

I did a clean installation of Windows 7 Pro x64 on my old MB Intel D945PVS.
Though, the board is discontinued now, there's no troubles during OS & all available updates installation. The system is absolutely functional excluding RAM capasity issue.
There're 4GB (4x1GB) PQI TURBO DDR2-667 PQI25400-2GDB (4-4-4-12) installed. But the OS can see only 3325MB.
I would accept it under Windows XP Pro SP3 (x86) with PAE enabled, but when the 64 bit OS could see the same 3325MB only - sounds disappointing to me.

So, the question is: Are there any ways to make all 4 GB RAM available under Windows 7 Pro x64?
Could you, please, help me to resolve the issue?
Any help and/or advise would be kindly appreciated!

Just in case. All memory sticks are definitely working OK. Tested separately and in all combinations possible.

Board: Intel D945pvs
OS: Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64
BIOS: 08/17/08 (latest for the board)
CPU: Pentium D 960
System Memory Installed: 4GB (4x1GB) PQI TURBO DDR2-667 (4-4-4-12)
System Memory Seen: 3325 MB (DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM)

I don't think so. There's a dedicated nVidia PCIe x16 256 MB video card installed, and according to Resource Monitor:

Hardware reserved: 0 MB
In Use: 1225 MB
Modified: 47 MB
StandBy: 918 MB
Free: 1135 MB

So, 3325 MB in total, though actually 4GB (4x1GB) installed, and only 2 GB (2x1GB) seen in BIOS. They updated BIOS for D945PVS last time in 2008.
Any ideas?
