RAM slots reported 4 slot, but found only 2

As the title says. Laptop: NP300E5C-A07US

So once before I hackintoshed, I saw 4 reported slots. After my motherboard was replaced, Speccy reported 4. As I have 2 extra Hynix RAM, I tried to install both, but only found 2 slots. One already has a Samsung 4 GB.

Where's the last 2?

Looking at the motherboard for it, it only has 2 phsyical slots: http://www.ebay.com/itm/motherboard-for-Samsung-NP300E5C-A07us-new-genuine-/161019726666

Are you sure it's actually saying there are 4 slots, or the program just expects there to be 4 slots on a motherboard by default?
Pretty sure it's only supposed to have 2: http://www.crucial.com/upgrade/Samsung-memory/NP+Series+Notebooks/NP300E5C-A07US-upgrades.html

Yes. It has 2 physical, but Speccy reports 4.

Likely your CPU/Chipset COULD support 4 ram slots if the motherboard had them, but it doesn't.

But I don't get why CPU-ID and Hackintosh 10.8 is doing that too.
