first build need help choosing an opti cooling system

Hi evrybody, I've been looking to build a pc for gaming and for working
I will take finally
case: Cooler Master 690 III
mobo:Gigabyte G1 Sniper M5(micro ATX)
CPU: i5 4670k
GPU: Sapphire r9 280x toxic
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3-1600 CL9 8Go
SDD: Samsung 250Go 840 EVO
HDD: WD 1To S-ATA III 64Mo (Caviar Black)

I do not know if a cpu cooling air (Noctua NH-U14S) is sufficient to cool also the 290 toxic, or I need a special aircooling gpu ?? i need your advice to optimize my choice in order to have the best quality / price / performance please,
thanks in advance :)

More about build choosing opti cooling system
  1. The Noctua cooler is for the CPU, and the 290 Toxic has 3 of its own fans to cool the GPU. The CPU cooler is not meant to cool the GPU at all.

Am I missing something, or what are you trying to figure out here?

hey ,thanks so much for your quick response, I wanted to know if
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186068 is required for the 280x toxic to limit overheating ?
in this instancee can i have the necessary space for both of noctua and a gpu cooler in my case ?
I specify that this is my first build, sorry if my questions are weird.

You don't need the Accelero cooler, the cooling fans that come on the video card will cool it sufficiently. The Noctua heat sink will cool the CPU just fine and the fans that are on the Sapphire Toxic card will cool the video card just fine.
