I am going to build my first ever computer from scratch. I have allready looked tons of videos about building them but i'm very nervous about installing my cpu cause i've heard that LGA 1150-socket pins are extreamly easy to bent.

So what is the absolutely the best way to install 4770K into the Asus Maximus IV Formula?

I've seen that people have dropped it into place but im very nervous to do that... The cranking sound i can bare but putting the CPU into the socket is to me mentally the hardest point. Any advises?

Hey Fapmann! (I see what you did there)

Just hold your CPU by the sides, and just drop it into the socket, with the triangle facing the triangle on the CPU socket on the motherboard.

Here, take a quick look at this...
The way I have done it for intel and AMD alike is simply hold the CPU by the corners, make sure its lined up right, and from a very low height, drop it in.
By low height I mean pins distance away. Its close enough to not cause damage, but far enough to have some wiggle room. As long as you dont apply lateral movement you are fine.
