Personally, if i was in your situation I'd build this.
-Better RAM
-Better motherboard
-Better cooling for GPU
-More reliable power supply
-Better wireless card
-Windows 8.1 is proven faster in gaming and everyday applications

*Also, the BIOS update is very simple. Just youtube it and you'll find multiple videos on exactly how.

The 970 extreme4 doesn't officially support the FX 8320. At that price you are better off spending like $2-3 more and get a real 970 board, the Gigabyte 970a-ud3p. Here is a better motherboard, better PSU, and a case with decent cable management for the nearly the same cost.
