Hey guys this is my first post so sorry if im doing something wrong.

I was wondering which cooler to get for SLI GTX 780's. I have heard that the ACX cooler dumps air into the case and I am not sure if the Fractal Design R4 has good enough airflow to get all of the hot air out with an H100i installed at the top. Would the airflow be enough to get all of the hot air from the ACX cooler out of the Case?

Also for SLI would the reference coolers be better for SLI since the ACX coolers would be blowing hot air onto each other?

Final Question, How much more silent is the ACX compared to the reference? Is it noticeable?

Thanks!

Have 2x GTX 780 SC ACX...IMO, as long as you have decent flow through the case you wont have an issue. Fractal Design R4 should be fine if you have some exhaust fans on top. I had the same conversation with myself about reference vs. reference. I probably would have got the reference if the SC ACX editions werent slightly cheaper. Then I read the reviews on the ACX versions and REALLY felt validated in the decision.

Go ACX, dont look back :D

I will have a H100i installed at the top. Would that stop airflow or if I had 2 fans on each side would it pull the air through the radiator? However even if it did my CPU temps would probably go up.
