Hey.
So I purchased a new GPU recently, the Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti OC version [2GB] and I can pretty much run Black Ops 2 or Dead Island on maximum settings with about 90fps, yet I get major stutter and it really bugs me. I tried changing the game graphics to the lowest settings and it would still stutter.
