Depends what you mean by "good" and what your expectations from a "good" keyboard and mouse are. To me, this is a good mouse worth every penny, because it's the primary thing I use to interact with the computer and it needs to be comfortable using it for 8 hours straight:

There are alot of particulars about keyboards that effect how you think of them as good, like to me, mechanical keyboards feel so much better than no mechanical ones that i dont have much choice, as I feel my typing speed (and game response speed) slow due to the awkward response from non-mechnical keyboards.
Also, remember that the Keyboard and Mouse are how you interact with the computer ALL DAY EVERY DAY, so you're not screwing yourself if you spend extra money to get a good feeling, comfortable, high performing mouse and keyboard.
