Solution
You don't want two cards, get the best single card you can afford.
Look at the following cards to find one in your price range, listed from best down to cheapest:
AMD Radeon HD 7770
AMD Radeon HD 7750
AMD Radeon HD 6770
AMD Radeon HD 6670

Nvidia cards in this price range are not as good as the AMD cards for the same price.

Do you mean AMD rather than atm?
The performance varies with the level of the graphics card you buy.
At 1920x1200 resolution with maximum settings, you can expect the following approximate frame rates:
HD 7770 - 60 FPS
HD 7750 - 41 FPS
HD 6770 - 41 FPS
HD 6670 - 22 FPS

With the HD 6670 you would have to lower the graphics settings from maximum for it to run smoothly.

From Nvidia:
The GTX 650 is the same as the HD 7750 but more expensive
The GTX 650 Ti is faster than the HD 7770 but more expensive

I get these results from this benchmark:

To compare cards not listed in the benchmark, I have used the hierarchy chart to find equivalent cards that were in the benchmark:
