I am building a CHEAP gaming pc for myself and this will be my frist time building one so I really need help. I purchased a case already called a logisys cs 301 and it came with a power supply. I need a motherboard, cpu, graphics card, ram, and a hard drive. My budget for these items is $375. Thanks. Oh yea the power supply is 480w and I want to play games like 7 days to die rust and killing floor on good settings.

Have you got an optical drive and OS already, or will you need one?
I'm also assume you've got a monitor, keyboard, mouse and audio.

As for the components there isn't a lot out there being able to run games well for $375.
I don't have any part suggestions, however, I've got a budget suggestion:
Mobo - $75
CPU - $100
GPU - $100
Hard drive - $50
RAM - $50
=
$375

Again, this is assuming this is the only parts you'll need.

I would not trust a power supply that came with a cheap case to power a dedicated graphics card regardless of how many watts are stated on the label.

Agree with the comments above. NEVER over look a power supply (PSU). It's the heart of a PC, and cheap "made in Taiwan" PSU's are a big no no. A small problem with your heart can cause massive problems and/or death, a PSU is the same.

The system he can afford is pretty weak though, While I do agree with what everyone says about a quality PSU, I think what he's buying won't be able to tax it.
If he buys a surge protector, or saves up for a better PSU for a few months I think he'll be fine.

His budget is 375 for all the parts together not 375 dollar for just the grapichs card. So he cant afford a 760 or 780.
