Something happened to my motherboard and I had to replace it. I got a new one identical brand of what I had before. Plugged everything up and I am booting into the bios. My 128 gb ssd, 2 TB hdd and blu ray drive are not showing up. I have them plugged into sata 0, 1, 2 respectfully. Hdd is getting power because I can hear it. Bios keeps showing all storage ports as "not detected" I'm aware my drives might not show up until I reinstall windows however my blu ray drive will not open so that I can do that. I just swapped out the cables and even hooked up a new psu. Still nothing. Bios shows everything running normally with exception to my 3 drives. Am I missing something?
Please help me out.

Motherboard. Asrock extreme z77
Psu corsair cx 750m
I5 3570k
Asus blu ray drive
Seagate 2 TB hdd
Msi gtx 660 ti

Thanks.

I am in the bios (asrock uefi setup utility) in the advanced section there is a folder titled storage and it displays all the sata ports but does not give an option to turn them on.

Yes. Or a bad motherboard. Find out what a code A6 means either from the Manual or from Asrock support. Another option is to go over to a computer store such as MicroCenter or TigerDirect (CompUSA) and ask one of the tech guys. I have found them to be useful.
