Brand new build, and there is a problem. This video illustrates my hardware and the issue i am having. I am receiving power and all of the connections are solid. The system just won't start up. I'm afraid it is my power supply being DOA.

Sounds like a short to me.
When it starts, and immediately shuts down, it is usually the circuit breaker in the power supply.
Check your stand offs, and make sure nothing is touching the back of the board.

It was the standoffs. All the tutorials on installation that i referenced missed a step. I was wondering why ha had so many extra, funny looking screws.

I thought I saw a hold down screw missing.

yeah. that helped. now I'm getting he classic a6(b) code from the MoBo. everything else is a-ok. I'm probably getting his code because I'm trying to use Hdmi to TV and not a conventional monitor.
