Things like size and design don't matter much to me, I just want the most powerful laptop best suited for high performance tasks like gaming. It can go a tiny bit over 1000$, and if you can find a good one for even cheaper that would be awesome.

Thanks!

How about one of these? All come with decent GPUs (for gaming) and decent displays (a general issue in today's market) at the same time.

Sager NP7355 (NVIDIA GTX 765M, 15.6" 1920x1080 matte) - $1017

- Remember to select Windows under Operating System unless you can get a copy for cheaper. Default option is No OS.

ASUS N56JR-MH71 (NVIDIA GTX 760M, 15.6" 1920x1080 matte) - $999

Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p (NVIDIA GT 750M 2x/SLI, 15.6" 1920x1080) - $869 or $999

I'm leaning towards the latter two. Do you have a preference?

Also, sorry, I'm not a huge techie, but the Lenovo (999$ model) has 2 graphic cards? Will this improve gaming performance a lot?

You're referring to the Lenovo laptop? Yeah it seems really good for the price right now, really considering it. Do you know what type of games I'd be looking at being able to run/fps/settings?

Is this laptop's performance considerably better than the Lenovo's for gaming?
