Looking for the best SSD for the price for approximately that capacity. Also, I live in Canada so please link me Canadian sites

I'd suggest a Crucial M500: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct240m500ssd1

While it's not the very fastest, you're unlikely to notice the difference. And it's still very fast.

The Samsung 840 Pro might be one of the best, but it's definitely overpriced. OP asked for the best one for the bucks.

Whammy: You already have two of them in your suggestions. The Samsung 840 EVO and the Crucial M500 are probably the best bang for the bucks on the market right now.

Since the Crucial M500 240GB is currently on sale for 169$ on Newegg.ca, I'd hurry up and order it while the deal lasts.
