With no case fans and stock heat sink I would advise against overclocking.

The other thing I see is your power supply. never heard of that brand and not sure how it would handle the added load of overclocking.

The stock heatsink is meant to handle the standard frequencies and voltages. To push beyond that you should invest in an aftermarket cooling solution. Sadly, the cost of heatsinks seems to have risen for the moment. Even the Xigmatek Gaia, which often could be had for $25 bucks, is up to $38.

Paired with an aftermarket heatsink, you'll want to be sure that you have adequate airflow within your computer case. A front intake, and rear exhaust fan of 120mm is generally enough.

Those aside, having good, steady power is important. Try to see if your PSU is up to the task. If it isn't, you may have to replace that PSU.
