What PSU should I choose?

Hello, recently I have bought a new PC for me (games and stuff) and almost everything is new, only my PSU (some Dr. Hank one) and my XFX GTX 260 is from the older PC, I'm planning to buy a GTX 770 but first I need a newer and better PSU and don't know what to choose, the options in where I live are few ones, being: EVGA Supernova 650g, a Corsair TX650M, the difference between them is almost 110BRL (not a problem if the EVGA one is worth it), a Corsair RM650 (being a little more expensive than the EVGA), and an OCZ ZT 750 (though I think I don't need that much, it's the same price as the Corsair TX).

Since I have a mini-ITX case, being modular is really nice, but I can live without it. Which one of these should I get?

If it was the TX650 V2. , I would say buy it . it was made by SEASONIC.

But the TX650M is made by CWT.

I would prefer the EVGA running my 770.

But the TX650M is sufficient to power your specs , with a 770.

Personally I would say its not worth $110 more, Corsair is a very reliable brand and my PSU works great, however I would go with SR-71 Blackbird's judgement would be useful here, as he knows his stuff probably more than I do. All I can say for certain is that my TX650 is great!

Yeah, I'm a bit inclined to Corsair too... Also, I was thinking, since I have a mini itx case, I count on the PSU as an exhaust fan, but the one in TX650 does not spin always, would this make my temps a bit higher maybe?
