How do I do Restore System Factory with a USB drive?

I have a Dell Studio One 1909 All in one Computer. I try to boot it but it ask for a recovery disk which I don't have. I have this 2GB Flash Drive that I use with my Laptop and I'v been wondering is there anyway I can bring my old computer back to life with this Flash Drive?

What version of Windows? If you have a license key for Windows, you could download the .ISO and drop it onto the USB drive. Microsoft has a tool that does this. Then you can repair your Windows hopefully.

If your original OS is intact but just damaged I think you can just download a ISO version of Vista, burn it to a DVD or create bootable USB and use it to do the repair without re-entering the product key, since that should be still stored in Vista.
