I was curious if XP could become a "free" OS as MS is stopping support here soon. I was not sure if the EULA prohibits changing code in the OS and re-distributing it as freeware or shareware?
Not saying I am even remotely capable of coding on this level, but I think it would be unique to see if people could piggyback off of an OS like XP and try to add some added functionality or at least support more ram.
